Enterprise Risk Management Manager - Riyadh HQ

Job Description and Requirements

Saudi Railway Company is looking for an executive-level Manager to manage and oversee the entire function of the Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Insurance, and its associated activities.

An ideal candidate would come from the ERM background with a proven track record of managing the entire ERM function as well as a large team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities :-
Develop the business risk management and resiliency strategy and effectively link the company’s business continuity strategies and activities with business operations.

Develop, coordinate and maintain comprehensive business contingency plans to ensure the company’s ability to recover in the event of an unforeseen disruption to facilities or
business operations.

Lead the communication and coordination with disaster recovery activities and systems, applications and infrastructure to ensure they meet the overall risk and recovery objectives of the business continuity program.

3. Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
Consult and advise all the business and functional departments across the company in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses; developing business disruption risk mitigation strategies; and creating, implementing, exercising and maintaining business continuity plans

Identify and support the implementation of BCM tools.
Oversee the Delivery of on-going business continuity awareness, training, and education to employees, including planning and documentation toolkits and templates. Ensure that all employees clearly understand their responsibilities before, during and after a business disruption. Elevate the overall companywide awareness of business continuity and disaster recovery risks and individual responsibility.
Lead the execution of all recovery plans when a business disruption occurs.

Develop, negotiate, manage and enforce contracts and service-level agreements for external business continuity and disaster recovery service providers.
Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of upervision.
