الوصف الوظيفي - Developing an induction program for new employees. - Providing support in relation to the administration and processing of promotion request. - Issuing, applying and canceling of employee ID, Medical Insurance card etc. -Dealing with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER). - Developing Policies and procedures in order to perform employees request within short period. - Implementing labor law in order to avoid any violation. - Developing report and analyze retention, turnover in order to find ways to improve it. - Handle employees’ documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry , passport, - Handle adding/deletion from/to GOSI المهارات - Proficient in Ms Office. - Knowledge in : Government Relations.
