Job Description :

Our client is a conglomerate within the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia with a large number of diversified interests.

They are currently looking for an Operations Director to join their team to manage the day to day administration of medical service providers and medical retail outlets across multiple sites within a well defined geographic region of the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate for them would be someone who has had a minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience overseeing the running of multiple facilities. The position is responsible for the complete administration along with the P&L;of these sites and the candidate MUST necessarily be an Arabic speaker due to the requirements of the location.

Since the service provider employs qualified medical professionals as well as dedicated support team people management skills across multiple levels would be another essential requirement for the position. This position would also be responsible for developing the growth strategy of the business so someone with strategic management thinking would excel in the position.
