Change Management Specialist
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a change management strategy that takes into consideration multiple level of audiences on a global and local scale.
Skills in drafting change management material ideas using business language to deliver key messages related to the corporate digitalization program.
Provide creative support for internal and external program change management efforts.
Significant contribution to the change management efforts related to program milestones in the way it is communicated and cascaded across the organization.
Ability to conduct awareness and education sessions to large audiences related to the program awareness and change management efforts.
Ability to organize and plan events that requires multiple arrangements for successful delivery related to the digitalization program.
Ability to establish a strong alliance and engagement with the company’s corporate communication team, change management team and be able to work with them as per branding and guidelines.
Ability to translate technical project updates into business language and ideas that can be implemented by concerned team in the form of video/presentation slides targeting different level of audiences.

المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer science, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.

· 7+ years’ communications experience working within a global enterprise environment, preferably in petrochemicals or manufacturing.
