Service Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
· To co-ordinate all service based issues in MENEA and liaise with the respective BA

· Develop service training across the product lines

· Ensure that all service engineers in the region are qualified, trained and updated

· Support Distributors on service related issues across product lines

· Any other acquisition or products where company deem necessary to fall under your responsibility can be added

Recommend Spare Parts for each product

المهارات
· Must be at least Graduate, Preference for a Biomedical Engineer

· Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferred in Hospital Biomedical and Hospital Capital Equipment maintenance

· Must speak good English and have good communication skills

· Must be able to confidently present to a group and solve problems

· Microsoft Office skills should be excellent

Willing to travel extensively throughout Middle East & Factories where required
