A professional and expert Operations Manager (in Hotel/Resorts Operations Management) is needed with the following job description and job requirements.
Job Objective:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the lodging establishment. The Operations Manager should ensure that all aspects of the Hotel/Resort operations which include human resources, housekeeping, food & beverage service, facilities, security, public relations, sales and customer service are running smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager include the following.
Supervise all aspects of the hotel operations by working closely with all heads of the departments to ensure efficient & smooth running of the hotel.
Ensure the hotel/resort premises are in operative conditions with readiness to serve guests.
Enforce hospitality policies and procedures as well as inspect all departments for Standard of Performance implementation.
Supervise the front desk, food & beverage services, housekeeping, staffing operations and customer services to ensure efficiency of operations and meeting set quality standards.
Oversee staffing operations to ensure proper hiring of talent, training and development as well as performance appraisals are achieved in line with KPI standards and objectives.
Select new hires, create work schedules, train employees and evaluate performance to maintain efficiency and productivity of human resources.
Monitor Food & Beverage services, regularly inspect F&B;unit; kitchen and stores to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc.) with the F&B;staff & Chef.
Maintain efficiency of financing operations within budget and monitoring requisitions coordination with the purchasing and finance teams to maintain cost control systems.
Conduct regular meetings with the marketing & public relations staff to ensure social media presence and positive publicity strategies are implemented necessary for business growth.
Maintain Quality Assurance and Guest Service Assessments.
Ensures quality services are delivered and rooms efficiently maintained for exceeding guest expectations and that guest relations are enhanced.
Assess and review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors for quality products with the involvement of the purchase staff and providing vendor performance evaluations to the purchasing management.
Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager’s for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
Conduct periodic meetings with all department heads to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, staffing issues, guest feedback and any actions for service recovery.
Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
Responsible for supervision and reporting of the overall hotel/resort operations management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in hospitality management, business administration or relevant field
More than 5 years of experience in hospitality management (Hotels and rooms)
Must be bilingual: Arabic speaker with good English language proficiency
Excellent communications skills
Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Good leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach teams effectively
Multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate with all functional departments.
Goal oriented with the ability to direct all departments toward the common goals.
Problem solving skills with the ability to resolve any urgent issues.

Motivated and presentable with professionalism in appearance and grooming
Ms. Office skills
Having valid transferable iqama
