Under the guidance of the General Manager, develops and maintain business relationships with the customers and other potential partners of the business. Tasked to develop and maintain new business opportunities and new product enhancements to increase sales and its market share. The job holder likewise plans and executes sales strategies to achieve the sales targets. Formulates necessary marketing strategies for the region.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial is desirable).
Post Graduate studies in Management or Business Administration.
Professional Membership or Certification gained from American Concrete Institute or Precast Concrete Institute is an advantage.
More than 15 years working experiences in all phases of manufacturing operations management; 5+ years of which must be in pre-cast manufacturing or concrete mixing plant (preferably).
Should possess excellent communication skills in Arabic & English language (oral and written).
In-depth understanding of Production Management, Materials Management, Lean Manufacturing Principles, ISO Quality Assurance System, Concrete Mixture Processing and Engineering Drawing/Blueprints
Should have high proficiency in MS Office Applications; familiarity with BETSY Software is an advantage.
People Management Skills in a diversified culture.
Must have well developed negotiation skills
