الوصف الوظيفي · Serve as a liaison and business partner to Client and departmental leaders in the advancement of technology adoption across all business functions. · Converting data to information which results in insights that drive intentional change across business functions. · Proactively communicates with internal and external stakeholders and seeks to understand their application concerns and challenges. · Educates power users on software capabilities and provides application training designed to enhance user knowledge and the impact of applications on the functional areas of the business. · Acts as the liaison between application vendors and internal teams, coordinating modifications to current applications and the communication of new application specifications and requirements. · Designs, implements and manages strategies for maintaining servers, hardware and system infrastructure. Performs platform and database maintenance and documents system updates and patches. Verifies version upgrades, interfaces and other system modifications are tested to minimize disruption to Stock’s operations. · Troubleshoots and determines cause of failed systems updates and resolves all associated issues. · Design and installs high-functioning computer network connections including cabling · Maintains Active Domain Directory structure and Domain Name System. Determines active system users for maintaining security levels and performing setup activities. Configures directory zones and servers to run optimally without comprising security. · Establishes the infrastructure and tools to enable system users to work remotely efficiently and securely. · Oversees LAN and WAN network in all facilities and serves as the company’s liaison with key technology providers; establishes service level agreements, monitors performance and ensures the necessary corrective action is taken to resolve service and delivery issues. · Maintains the disaster recovery plan, ensuring all data on servers are backed up and capable of being brought back online. Runs periodic stress tests of the system and simulated events. Assesses findings and implements corrective action as required. · Manages and monitors cybersecurity systems and controls; validates and updates all internal security protocols to safeguard users and business data from compromise. · Coordinates the intake of help desk requests and provides technical assistance related to the configuration, set up and maintenance of computer systems, software, and hardware. Representative areas of responsibility include triaging and resolving user issues, assisting department leaders with resolving interface issues between the Computerized Maintenance Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems as well as troubleshooting web site downtime.
