Responsible to Identify and target potential customers, services and maintain existing customers and improve customer relations to increase market penetration and sales turnover.
Responsible to win share of business with customers & provide stability in forecast using contracts to secure business.
Responsible to conduct periodic business review with customer, striving for business development agenda.
Mange customers at all levels and develop relationships with key corporate accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
Mange and recommend pricing strategies according to customer situation in coordination with Sales Manager.
Analyze competitors’ activity and benchmark business shares.
Analyze and identify customer requirements and provide solutions through the application of products and services.
Develop and generate ideas for new products based upon market demand and presenting merits of the concept, as well working with R&D;team to take it to fruition.
Plan with Quality team to educate customers about our product specification and quality standards.
Participate and conduct investigation to provide the customer with reason for the deviation and corrective action plan where ever needed.
Expand the food service channel by suggesting food solutions that fits today’s requirements.
Coordinates efforts to ensures compliance with key account plan at market level and represents local market in key account process.
