We are looking for a qualified Senior sales account manager to join our Sales team. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales, and should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identifies accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulates strategies to reach out to these accounts and retain the customers.
Actively involved in developing relationships with key clients (outdoor meeting).
Coordinate with the sales team and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers database.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Conducts strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends
Meet business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs.
Conducts rate reviews or any dispute related to proposals and quotation with strategic customers.
Gather market information to create offers that will boost the company margins and will beat his competitors.
Identify business trends, forecast demand and prepare the annual sales budget.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Calculating client quotations.
Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Administering client accounts.
Analyzing costs and sales.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in any IT field or business administration field.
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, MS power point in particular).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to do planning and reporting.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment where change is evident.
Proactive, Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
Sound knowledge of market and industry trends.
