Quality Control Manager-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

الوصف الوظيفي
-Review KPI and quality reports on an on-going basis.
-Liaise with regional operations, helpdesk and field management to ensure quality control priorities are set and executed by appropriate parties.
-Manage local and regional vendor relationships to ensure SLAs are met.
-Manage panelist incentive programs either through outsourced services or through local country resources against established SOPs.
-Create panel communications and surveys with local input.
-Monitor equipment inventories across countries and reviews volume and mix of work to field management
-Coordination of panel updates (e.g. characteristic updates).
-Single point of contact for panel performance

المهارات
-University graduate or equivalent experience.
-Analytical skills and ability to work well with data.
-7+ years working experience and at least 2 years of experience in operations roles.
-Market research field force operations experience or equivalent operational experience.
-Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a quality, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
-Strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and results orientation.
-Fluency in Business English.

Note: Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia and must have transferable Iqama.
