الوصف الوظيفي Oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor. Responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions. Have an office on-site and spend a fair amount of time walking the factory floor to make sure both the equipment and workers are operating at maximum efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.) Responsible for factory budget control. All factory expenses must coordinate to production manager or to top management such as buying of machine spare parts, payment for outside service, Engineering group request money for machine modification or new project, buying of production subsidiary material, buying of new tools and equipment, employee bonus and misellaneous. Need to review and check the prioritize for spending factory money. 2.) Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. > Making ideas and project for the company growth 3.) Screening, recruiting, and training new factory ranking file workers. > Developing a factory quality worker 4.) Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. > Always conduct meeting and make improvement plan regarding product quality > Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures > Work with quality control managers to develop a standard quality control process and ensuring factory employees work to established standards. 5.) Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. > Always conduct meeting and give instruction to engineering group for the improve and develop machine, facilites equipment and tools use inside production area Oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. > Decission making on how to resolve all posible ffactory problem encountered 7.) Preparing reports and submitting them to top management. > Monthly, Weekly report amaking regarding Factory achievement, problem encountered, action 8.) Regularly checking of production out put and finished products to determine whether they meet > established quality standards and customer demands and requirement 9.) Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. > Make decission by giving insentive for the good worker and desciplinary action to worker not follow to factory policies, rules and regulations 10.) Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary > Constantly walk the factory floor to make sure all employees are performing their assigned tasks. This involves keeping employees content and motivated. 11.) Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary > Keep a close eye on key production metrics. By constantly analyzing this data, identify and address dips in production before they become major issues. 12.) Create production reports based on their data analysis.
