We are looking for below position “ SOC Reporting & MI Analyst“ at one of our client in Riyadh location

Below are the job details:

A key part of the function is to provide all relevant stakeholders with relevant, targeted management intelligence with the help of information, dashboards and reports to enable them to make critical business decisions. We therefore require someone who can ensure we provide a consistent message across our stakeholder community whilst ensuring each stakeholder receives information tailored to their area of focus.

• Responsible for ensuring all required reports, dashboards and data are produced in a timely manner and targeted to the audience (monthly and quarterly).

• Being the primary day to day contact with equivalent roles within the business and where required with key partners and stakeholders.

• Collecting, consolidating, verifying and analysing reporting data from across the team to produce informative, high quality monthly project reports for various committees and leadership teams.

• Collation, assurance and reporting of KPI metrics.

• Create, as required, new reports and dashboards, as well as optimise existing reports.

• Endeavour to streamline processes and reports where possible.

• Respond to ad hoc queries, including preparation of other reports and data

المهارات
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience in producing & Presenting board facing packs for the CEO and Non-Executive Director level audiences (NED)
• Experience in creating operational level reports for technical data sets, from numerous suppliers and sources
• Experience of and confident in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experience of identifying and implementing improvements to management information and reports.
• Experience of working collaboratively within a team and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Ability to cope with pressure, maintaining performance when under stress, and managing time effectively through the application of organisation and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple actions at once
