We are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join our clients rapidly expanding Riyadh operations.

Our client specializes in bridging the gap between the private and public sectors with the aim of creating sustainability and growth for the future.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.

Develop strategies that can help companies align to Vision 2030 and in turn help them to achieve their goals of sustainable development and prosperity.
Assist the retail sectors in how they execute and implement these new initiatives.
Identify the potential business risks and deliver the solutions that will address the business needs of the client.
Critical to the success is the partnership you will create with the retail sector and the ability to work with and influence cross-functional partners is critical as this role will interact with various departments across various retail sectors.
Implement marketing strategies essential for growth & development.
Proactively build effective working relationships and leverage strong Project Management discipline to establish planning principles, critical dates, and deliverable expectations.
Work closely with the retailers, decision-makers, and stakeholders to assist with the development and execution of Vision 2030.
Help to drive decision-making that will lead to program enhancements and process improvements.
Deliver top-notch execution to ensure that Vision 2030 is executed effectively
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Retail, Restaurant & Coffee Shop / Fast-Food background
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in Project Management.
Proven track record of results for the business you manage and the ability to analyze results on the projects you lead is essential.
Result oriented
Analytical thinker
You must bring solution-based thinking, analytical rigor, and a high level of drive to this position.
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to marry customer research with performance metrics.
A high degree of organization and the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented
Excel and PowerPoint.
