Quality Manager

We are a start-up organization specialized in the Maritime industry with a German/European backing and standard in the Maritime industry aiming to build ships and provide the best ship maintenance services. We are looking for a Quality Manager in Riyadh that can handle the following responsibilities:

Key Duties and Tasks:

- Maintain, develop, and continually improve the QMS and PQP. This includes driving the Change Management System.

- Interactively follow up on the Compliance of both operational and support procedures within the project.

- Progressively report Project Quality Progress to Project Lead and Organization Excellence Manager.

- Prepare for QMS Management Reviews (MR). Then follow up with MR recommendations to Closure.

- Effectively initiate NCR investigations, follow up with the establishment of corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

- Drive the application of NCR investigations initiated by the Project team in line with the predefined procedure.

- Support in Planning and conducting Internal Audits. Then follow up with Audit findings to closure.

- Drive and consolidate Risk and Opportunity Management Programs and follow up with Mitigation actions to Closure.

- Follow up with obtaining Customer Feedback and report any relevant issues to Top Management.

- Progressively liaise with and provide consultation to Project teams on issues related to the QMS and PQP.

- Provide training and awareness sessions on Aspects related to the QMS and PQP.

- Coordinate and responsible for the communications with the Third Party Auditors, Classification society, and the client on the aspects related to Project Quality Management.

- Effectively support on Final Acceptance and Delivery of Assets on Both Client’s and Classification’s requirement Compliance.

- Coordinate and lead the activities related to the External Audits on the progressing Projects.

High Risk and Opportunity Management Skills. Hands-on PM and Project execution. Proven experience in handling Classifications Society. Ability to motivate people and stimulate their best performance.

Education: Engineering degree preferred in the Maritime industry. Certified ISO-9001:2015 Lead Auditor. PMP Course is Mandatory and certification is preferred.

Related Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Quality Manager in an industrial/maintenance environment.

Language: English (Fluent)
