Main Scope of Work

Responsible for supervising all areas of parking with Key focus on providing a Professional Customer Experience and representing Easy Parking with Pride and Integrity.

Ensure smooth traffic flow
Always be professional
Stay on your post until relief arrives
Your Uniform must be clean and neat
Prevent incorrect and unauthorized access
Assist parkers with information
Report all incidents immediately
Keep your surrounding area clean and litter free
Interact with parkers in a professional manner
No eating and drinking in public view
Give your best at all times
1.  You will report to your direct line manager (shift supervisor)

2.  You will carry out, without question, all work related instructions given by your line manager.

3.  You will report to any deployment post assigned to you by your line manager.

4.  You will report to any scheduled shift time assigned to you by your line manager (depending on Operational Requirements)

5.  While on duty or wearing any uniform item, identifying you as a representative of Easy Parking and/or KAFD, you will at all times present yourself in a professional manner and follow all prescribed rules and regulations.
