Electrical Site Engineer (For Saudi Nationals only)

JOB PURPOSE:
Managing the following:
- Supervise Site Electrical works,
- Arrange resources to execute work / activities,
- Designing Matters,
- Closing protection snags,
- Attend clients and project progress meetings,
- Meet suppliers for issues / pending points.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Supervising construction activities at Site to review the progress.
 Direct interface with the Client Design Engineers for schematics approvals.
 Leading Technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
 Supervise Electrical functional tests, witnessed by Client Commissioning Engineers.
 Maintain the Quality Standards of all Electrical activities as per Project Quality Plan.
 Clearing of snags related to Electrical activities.
 Supervising the installation of Electrical equipments and implementation of respective schemes, functional verification etc. Preparation of cable scheduling.
 Preparation of SCADA Point List, Fault Recorder Point List etc.
 Verifying the project design and ensuring that all functional operations were accounted in the project.

 Making plans and strategies for work

 Attend meetings at different levels and prepare reports.

 Maintaining & execute all inspection programs

 Working on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program as per client approval. Quality control inspection of materials at receiving stage as well as for some specific equipment, inspection at supplier’s factory premises.

 Coordinating with the external vendors and participating in various meetings.

 Keeping a record of all the electrical design modifications

 Planning, scheduling, and monitoring work of support personnel to help the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

B.Sc Engineering in Electrical Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years in Electrical Construction/ Execution field.

Generic Skills:

 Ability to plan, organize and schedule the activities of staff.

 Experience assigning, delegating and directing the work of others.

 Ability to listen, define, write, explain and interpret ideas & requirements.

 Ability to recognize and solve problems.

 Ability to use both hand and power tools.
