الوصف الوظيفي
1. Assist the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation and administration of Vehicles maintenance section to achieve departmental objectives.
2. Establish and follow-up on Section’s goals, objectives and action plans.
3. Monitor the adherence of personal and industrial safety practices in the workshops and working areas and hygiene standard in Food Production and Operation areas.
4. Coordinate system and procedures, and various activities within the section of Technical Department and other departments.
5. Prepare technical evaluation reports pertaining to the entire fleet of vehicles.
6. Monitor the vehicle supplier on warranty claim or work and with Insurance Company for vehicles’ Accident claims and settlement.
7. Review standard justifications for proposed vehicle replacements and submit the required reports.
8. Prepare and review specifications for Hi-loader procurement and scrutinize suppliers’ offers.
9. Monitor the serviceability of vehicles in operation, those used by Saudi Airlines Catering divisions.
10. Monitor the availability of necessary supply of spare parts and materials for vehicles
11. Utilize computerized work orders and reports (CMMS) to determine working performance and outstanding tasks.
12. Review and approve quotations of outside workshop contractor for sub-contracting repair works.
13. Revise and update working performance reports to the best utilization of manpower and resources.
14. Control and monitor expenses for Vehicles maintenance within approved budget of each year.
15. Monitor and revise min/max level of spare parts for maintaining Saudi Airlines Catering vehicles but giving emphasis on the corporate cost reduction program.
16. Review and plan the recruitment process of local and overseas employment candidate(s) with a view of ensuring newly hired staff’s’ suitability to any positions.
17. Recommend staff development, training and motivation.
18. Oversee training programs for Saudi Nationals and newly hired staff.
19. Conduct periodic quality inspection to ensure the adherence of the necessary requirement and standards
20. Monitor / Maintain guidelines, policies and procedures for section’s activities, this inclusive of safety programs in the worksite, preventive maintenance, etc.
21. Review Technical manuals pertaining to Auto maintenance based on new Technological developments.
22. Prepare statistical report on vehicles for management’s review and appraisal.
