• Control the activities of other staff members working in food production within the kitchen
• Adhere to the rules on uniform and appearance and ensure all Chefs and kitchen staff also meet the required uniform standard
• Responsible, in conjunction with the Management, for ensuring the correct food cost percentages are achieved, according to agreed budgets and targets without impairing the quality of food while meeting the laid down specifications and procedures
• Maintains a high level of moral amongst all kitchen staff
• Supervise all back of house staff ensuring all products are made to company standards
• Plan shifts to ensure customer service is at its peak
• Effectively allocate duties to back of house staff and direct activities during the shift
• Actively communicate with front of house staff to monitor product quality
• Monitor delivery times of products and take action if appropriate
• Deal effectively with all concerns of the back of house staff
• Maintain a positive and challenging work environment by building a strong team environment
المهارات
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Credentials in health and safety knowledge
Control stock levels and identify specific stock requirements
Candidate must have a transferrable visa and NOC
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED With at least years working experience as a Chef burger
Ability of kitchen management
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
