Saudi National Required for this Hyper Growth, Forbes listed Hyper Growth company are hiring a HR Officer to be in charge of their Human Resource Operations and People function.

· Own the people function within KSA

· Effect a positive impact on business performance, supporting revenue growth

· Build upon existing base processes to design, develop, and manage a full range of people-focused programmes

· Drive the HR Strategy and deal with all people matters

· Provide best-in-class solutions around organisational design and operational effectiveness

Outside of the HR and People functions you will be responsible for some government relations and administrative duties.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 year’s of experience and experience within a Tech, Internet, E-Commerce or Hyper Growth company.
