Operations Manager ( Freight Experiance ONLY )

Job Description
Leading Freight forwarding company based in Riyadh with branches in Dammam and Jeddah is looking for Operations Manager who has good experience in freight forwarding companies or shipping lines

Job description in detail:

- Lead, Direct and Manage operations for imports/exports as the main point of contact, to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the customer’s standards.
- Assist Manager to expand Key Account business and increase Account P&L;- Ensure shipment requirements are met and jobs are completed within the prescribed KPI limits
- Shipment status tracking and monitoring: continuously monitor the imports/ export shipment and report irregularities
- Responsible for correct and timely provision of all freight documentation to customers
- Able to properly select and manage partners according to day to day Customers’ requirements.

Requirements :

• Freight-forwarding experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Must be energetic and able to work independently
• Highly organized & detail-oriented
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Local travel required
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
