Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
CCTV and alarm system burglar system installation and support
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Installation and support for retail system and point of sale machines
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone and remote access)
Setting up email accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary
Managing IT assets
Testing new technology
Windows server’s administration Active directory management
Onsite technical support
