Civil project manager

Duties:
•Full responsibility for the ongoing work in the site and people working on it.
•Managing the contract until closing and achieving the technical, financial and contractual objectives of the project.
•Representing the company in front of the owner, the consultant and subcontractors ensuring the company’s right to all correspondence and claims.
•Meet all required forms from all departments according to the company’s system.
•Manage and coordinate all the inputs and outputs from the departments, consultant and the owner to ensure the success of the project.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor of civil engineering
•Experience from 5 to 10 years in construction projects.
•Gulf experience is preferred.
•Strong Communication Skills.
•Acceptable level in English language ( Written & Spoken ).
•Acceptable level in the Management Knowledge .
