الوصف الوظيفي A/P Accountant Electromechanical Company Location Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ü Prepare VAT return for Purchases. ü Complete general ledger operations. ü Audits and prepares journal entries for various accounting transaction. ü Prepare Monthly financial closing. ü Prepare Annual adjustment entries. ü Monitor all prepaid and accrual expenses monthly ü Monitoring & resolve all bank issues directly with bank personals. ü Prepare all requirements regarding L/C , L/G & Facilities Bank. ü Review and submit Bank salary sheet – 350 Employees. ü Bank reconciliation. ü Responsibility of the treasurer for a period ü Cash flow management. ü Manage budgeting ,forecasting and analysis of variances. ü Financial reports to the Board of Directors ü Proficiency working on some accounting software. ü Thorough knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word Power Point) ü Visiting Banks as and when required.
