Responsibilities:

Leading corresponding site team: substructure / superstructure / finishes
To lead the achievement of safety targets
To implement company QA/QC procedures & ensure works meet quality standards & specifications.
To access program, productivity, performance and implement action for improvement.
To work with planning team to develop detailed and accurate work plan
Deployment or redeployment of staff based on the project.
To plan & implement safe operations systems of work.
To deliver relevant targets, key dotes & milestones
To ensure the effective utilization of plant & equipment.
To anticipate resource level & ensure the effective selection and deployment of key plant, labor & material
Discipline and motivation of supervision and labor.
Activity assist and advice in career of all subordinates.
To monitor the performance of subordinates against their role & responsibilities.

Authorities:

Perform all the instructions from his superior
Authority to practice administrative control on all his work under his responsibilities.
Authority to practice technical control on all his work under his responsibilities
Authority to perform all the work under his responsibilities as per his job description

المهارات
Education and Experience:

BS Civil Engineering from an accredited University + Management & planning course from accredited instate.
10 years experience in the same type of job in a reputable construction company of grade -1 or as per the contractor’s classifications in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Skills & abilities:

Process professional and conceptual skills and practical knowledge to handle project and frame guide lines and control methodology to achieve targets.
Able to guide and lead a team of competent engineers from various engineering disciplines.
Leadership & people management skills
Influence skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Understanding of programming
Good knowledge of plant & equipment
Report writing skills.
Budgetary control
Logical & well organized with ability to priorities.
Positive response to pressure
Ability to motivate
Computer skills
Ability to read, write & speak fluently English & Arabic language.
