الوصف الوظيفي
· 15 yrs plus experience in IT system Integration projects working in GCC preferably in KSA

· Should have managed large programs / multiple large-scale projects for clients with complex and heterogeneous technology landscape, covering the full SDLC.

· Strong experience in delivering projects using multiple methodologies – Waterfall, Agile Scrum/Safe methodologies.

· Experienced in Digital transformation journeys of the customer in technology areas including Data, Digital Engineering and Cloud.

· Strong understanding of delivery, include contracting,

· Should have PMP/PRINCE or equivalent certification

· Strong understanding of technology trends and usage in business areas

· Industry specific technology and product knowledge

· Ability to identify and drive issues to a quick resolution while balancing the needs of the business, the customer and the team.

· Proven record in team and organizational leadership skills working with senior management and individual contributors

· Strong experience and understanding of upsell/ cross sell to grow footprint in the designated account(s).

· Working experience with a consulting or technology integration company is highly desired

· Good communication skill in English and Arabic

· Flexibility in working across KSA as per project needs.
