الوصف الوظيفي ● Responsible for delivering consulting and development projects on Digital/ Data Transformation Strategy development, Enterprise Data Strategy Development through implementing methodologies & tools, frameworks & best practices for managing and executing the transformation (methodologies such as TOGAF , ITIL, DMBoK , BIZBOK etc. ) ● Deliver the definition of Data Strategy covering roadmap & technologies Data Quality, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Architecture, Master Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Mining, Data Analytics & Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science ● Responsible for managing the consulting and development teams consisting of Data consultants and Data engineers covering various domains and technologies.(Data Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Architecture and Technical Data Architecture, digital and Data strategists as well as business domain / vertical consultants / SMEs as required). ● Participating in the development of RFIs / RFPs and evaluating vendors solutions as part of consulting engagements. ● Ensuring projects value realization by achieving changes that improve the customer project management experience. ● Responsible for project performance (value delivery and realization, quality, cost, time). ● Report on project progress and resolve or escalate risks and issues. ● Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth. ● Develop detailed scope and budget for project delivery. ● Report to the Business Delivery Manager. ● participating in the pre-sales activities, including writing technical and financial proposals, client’s presentations, etc. ● Participating in the business unit activities, including developing and enhancing the current service offerings, developing new service offerings, team mentoring and knowledge transfer, etc. ● Participating in building and developing the team skills and capabilities through planning the required training and providing internal training and awareness sessions as well as owning specific responsibilities in terms of recruitment / talent acquisition. المهارات ● Min 7 - 10 years of consulting and delivery experience in Data and Integration Vision & Strategy Definition , Cloud Native, DevOps, Data & Digital Transformation, IT Operating Models, Data Analytics and Data Science. ● Should be certified the following: PMP or PgMP, ITIL ;TOGAF & DMBoK is a plus. ● Previous experience in delivering large-scale Data and Digital Solutions. ● Excellent communication both in English and Arabic and presentation skills. ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. ● Based in Saudi Arabia. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/data-integration-consultant-delivery-resource-manager-4255326/ |
