Looking for Senior IT officer
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Diploma or bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• Good understanding of ITIL
• Saudi nationality only.
• Location Riyadh
Functions:
• Handle all the tickets for desktop, printer and project.
• Provide desktop support to the user community.
• Implement, maintain and support the varied IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for technology hardware and software.
• Update customer post implementation and obtain user confirmation.
• Document and maintain the integrity of support procedures.
