Boutique manager responsibilities include supervising boutique sales executives. Charismatic, sociable, and friendly individual that will foster long term relationships with customers. • Developing business strategies aimed at increasing our customers’ data base, expand boutique traffic and optimize profitability • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff • Driving sales by seeking out and initiating sales opportunities inside and outside of the boutiques • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Providing factual and quality feedback to back office on requirements and merchandise feedback that is aimed at increasing sales Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand boutique traffic and optimize profitability • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and building long term relationships with customers • Finding solutions to problems be it sales or staff problems, deal with it effectively and decisively • Complete boutique administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Maintain outstanding boutique condition and visual merchandising standards • Report on market trends, customer needs, profits etc. • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths • Full accountability for Stock Management & stock loss. • Full Accountability for Cash Management and cash shortages. • Be a shining example of good behavior and hard work. • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) • Responsible for all legal tasks related to CR and jurisdiction where Boutique is located. • Additional boutique manager duties as needed that will inquire but not limited to: Tasks: • Ensuring strict adherence to company operational policies, practices and guidelines. • Regularly conducting SWOT Analysis for the operation and setting KPIs for the team at the boutique. • Maintaining direct contact with Royals and VVIP customers. • Assigning sales targets by category and subcategory and by salesman and by teams. • Setting and executing high ethics and integrity standards in operating the boutique. • Implementing the incentives and commission plans for the boutique staff. • Evaluating all boutique staff performance and recommending actions thereafter. • Ensuring after service at the workshop is executed properly and to satisfy customer’s service needs. • Ensuring stock ordering and replenishment are executed correctly and accurately through the system. • Emphasizing a selling environment focused on customer service, brand awareness, performance oriented and recognition المهارات A 3+ years in sales and/or operation luxury/jewelry retail management.
