الوصف الوظيفي Candidates with a charismatic personality and strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our boutiques will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our boutiques satisfied and you will contribute to the boutique’s profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieving sales targets and goals set by management. • Welcoming and greeting customers with friendly attitude and assisting them in their selection process • Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and VIPs as well as recruiting new ones. • Participating in stocks receiving, providing feedback on merchandise availability and replenishment, cleaning of creations & displays • Arranging and assisting in displaying merchandise neatly and in an orderly manner. • Providing feedback as to customer’s desires and preferences. • Maintaining high standards of customer service level. • Any assignment requested by management. المهارات • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments • Flexibility to work various shifts • Willing to learn/open to new learnings تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-consultant-4257795/ |
