الوصف الوظيفي Reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the management and operation including the training, the quality and food safety of the final product. The Ops manager will follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, safe quality food (SQF) standards and product quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Operation: - Demonstrate a leadership style that creates a positive working environment and remain calm during stressful and emotional situations. - Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. Training & Q.A.: - Responsible for instructing staff in proper food preparation and food storage. - Responsible for monitoring food preparation and serving techniques. - Responsible for supervising workers in food preparation, sanitation, ticket times, correct specifications and quality service. - Responsible for training staff in proper food preparation and line work procedures, ensuring attention to all the steps and details. - Responsible for monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP). - Responsible for monitoring the product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process. - Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required. - Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation. - Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing. - Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices. - Ensures and educates employees on food safety and SQF standards. - Responsible for issuing disciplinary action when directed. - Collect product samples for Product Development when directed. - Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery. المهارات - Minimum of 3 years experience as F&B;kitchen manager or trainer with extensive knowledge of recipes, policies, standards with successful results of past responsibilities. - Proven work experience as a chef or cook. - Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment. - Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and terms. - Knows how to identify the taste profile of each and every item or ingredient. - Coaches the chefs and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best. - Culinary school diploma preferred. A qualified candidate must: - Self-motivated with proven leadership skills. - Prior experience in the food environment. - Must be able to work in a team environment. - Must have a positive attitude. - Must have good communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, effectively under pressure, and deadline-oriented environment. - Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts. - Self motivated; proactively seeks out new learning opportunities and challenges, goes above and beyond to achieve results. - Personal ownership; displays pride in the Yumamia brand, holds self and others accountable for adhering to company guidelines and standards. - Demonstrates a sustained focus on goals and fosters an appropriate sense of urgency in others for achieving results.
