Job Title: Sales Manager - Altaaqa Alternative Solutions Co. Ltd. (ALTAAQA)
Reports to: Branch Manager
Primary Purpose:
Lead the Branch Sales operation in order to achieve Department objectives.
Contribute to the achievement of Depot sales and profit targets.
Maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Train and coach sales team.
Lead market awareness and development activities
Principal Accountabilities:
Meet or exceed the annual budget target by ensuring the effective sales coverage of customers within the coverage area.
Monitor the daily activity of Sales Department to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
Recommend fleet unit additions based on market demand and availability
Recruit and upgrade sales personnel to meet the market needs. This includes training, incentives and motivation.
Meet the annual sales objectives set by Management.
Conduct professional sales negotiations with prospective customers and ensure customer’s satisfaction in all aspects of the business relationship.
Ensure the staff under his supervision receives the necessary training and counseling to conduct their jobs in a professional manner.
Maintain acceptable financial exposure by monitoring the UDC report and recommending corrective actions
Monitor the KPI of sales reps and conduct a quarterly assessment
Monitor and document all relevant market and competitive activities to assist in strategic sales planning.
Work with Sales reps to develop new business opportunities and customers
Read all sales rep call reports and follow up on results and actions required

Sales Administration team

Job Knowledge and Skill requirements:
Education:
BS in mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in similar types of equipment.
General Profile:
Must be able to shoulder responsibility and take a leadership role of personnel and performance;
Must have vision and ideas to develop the business
