Responsible to supervises and coordinates activities of personnel involved with order fulfillment (finished goods) of WFI product, building a shipping schedule that maximizes efficiency of loads, and ensuring carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for product transit and delivery. Also responsible for resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems and customers requirement issues. Also plays an essential role in the logistic and order fulfillment process, allowing the Company to maintain the quality, integrity, teamwork and results. Additionally, the position is responsible for timely procurement and compliance with the internal policies and procedures of the company. Responsibilities: Responsible to create a strong plan for receiving the finished goods from production department and issuing the WFI finished goods as per company system and sales requirement. Responsible for real time analysis, overseeing the coordination and balance of Shipping Operations (allocation of manpower). Oversees the assigning of picking and loading tasks related to outbound shipment of containers. Oversees the recording and outbound deliveries and prepare inventory, shipping confirmation, non-moving and disposal report. Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS (Weight Management System) in a timely manner. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all Systems. Remains in contact with stores and depots to ensure compliance (may require travel to these locations). Ensures safety rules and regulations are adhered to and followed. Directs and develops department supervisors and leaders. Direct interaction with customers to set the terms and condition for delivery and outbound shipment of containers. Coordinate shipping schedules, contract order requirements, customer specifications, credit terms, etc. with Sales Department personnel. Develop and maintain positive relationships with domestic and international shipping and logistics vendors. Directly supervise and direct the staff of the Shipping Department.
