Responsibilities

1.  Strategically manage all supply aspects in terms of Growth, performance, training and rotations

2.  Maintain day to day record of supply performance

3.  Troubleshooting supply problems, analyses and reporting

4.  Liaise and negotiate long term partnerships

5.  Monitor Week to week, month to month all assets related to operations

6.  Manage and oversees processes and work on continuous improvement

7.  Track and maintain team KPIs and target

المهارات
Requirement

1.  Experience in the supply operations field for a minimum of 2 years

2.  Very Good analytics and reporting skills

3.  Strong leadership, Out-box thinker and team management skills

4.  Very good in English & Arabic

5.  Very good communication skills

6.  Very good in Microsoft excel and power-point

7.  Hard-worker on flexible working hours during operations
