Job Purpose:
Develop long term and strategic growth and new business across the assigned region, through Identifying and capturing sales opportunities
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Operational Management
Establish sales planning: objectives, forecasts and budget for Commercial Sales Business line.
Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives.
Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance.
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Achieve business development and sales plans.
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing in alignment with the company goals and strategic objectives
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Mainly responsible to achieve the revenue and gross targets set by management
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
Sets the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.
Identify primary client base in each sector and effectively develop be-spoke capture strategies for each.
Building new prospective Clientele & Reviving inactive Clients.
Defining and implementing strategies for market penetration for new sector as well as increasing the share of the existing sector.
Coordinating Review/Reports of Sales Team for all regions.
Need to have capability and skills to develop and present the weekly/monthly sale’s reports.
2. People Management
Lead from the front and insist a strong work ethic while achieving sales targets.
Establish specific KPIs and reporting for the sales team in alignment with the Group Development and Sales requirements, business plans and targets.
Undertake all new sales, retention support and directing and mentoring sales team members.
Requirements:
Experience working for a (Manpower / Istiqdam) company
Bachelor degree
Fluent in (Arabic-English)
Saudi Nationals
