United Motors Company is looking for a dynamic and seasoned National Parts Manager to join its customer lifecycle team. As part of UMC’s commitment to become more customer-centric and deliver excellence across automotive wholesale and retail operations throughout the Kingdom, the candidate must possess a solid track record of managing large complex parts operations in developing markets, preferably within KSA.
The position will ensure that the Spare Parts Department achieves its objectives by continuous monitoring of KPIs, monthly operating controls, system information, industry reports, and public domain information, and manufacturer’s composite figures toward set objectives. An excellent national parts manager must be strategically strong, capable of leading change and implementing a culture of performance and excellence. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements.
Job Description
Indirect supervision of Regional Parts Managers in a manner that ensures attainment of monthly and annual Department budget objectives (sales, operating expenses, and net profit).
Recommend marketing and operating strategies that maximize the business results in the short and long term, particularly in relation to Parts Operation, Ensure that such strategies are effectively and consistently executed throughout company parts operations at all levels.
Monitor parts operations to determine the effectiveness of existing policy, procedures and systems and recommend changes to bring about continuous improvement for the benefit of the Company, its customers, and employees.
Oversee the development of stockists and dealers in line with the distribution strategy of the Company at the time, and ensure effective programs in line with approved company policy.
Maintain regular communications and develop strong business relationships with the manufacturer headquarter and other external companies to maximize benefits & support.

Volume parts experience at the national level, country management.
Minimum 5 years of national parts manager experience, preferably within GCC .
Experienced in operational P&L;management & Budget setting.
Proven implementation of effective parts sales plans.
Management of balanced inventory.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Leadership and team development skills.
College degree or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
Certified Spare Parts Management or equivalent qualification is a plus.
