MSO / Tetra Engineer

EXPERIENCE At least two (2) years of proven practical experience, preferably in civil or military context, on TETRA network systems (including Mobile Switching Office (MSO), TETRA Base Stations, TETRA Subscribers, Dispatchers and Automatic Vehicle Locations (AVL).

JOB PURPOSE:

To participate in the MSO/Network Engineering, Installation, Configuration and O&M;activities in order to provide technical support for smooth operation of network and effectively support business operations of company.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Telecom, Electronics, Computer science, information Technology, Certifications preferred in any of following MCSE, CCNA & CCNP (Good to have) Masters in Science subjects with proven track record of Engineering Jobs (Good to have) Fluent in English (Reading, Written, and Spoken) – (Must have) Arabic Language (Good to have)

المهارات

 Responsible for providing Level 3 Technical Support for client TETRA system. Daily system health checks; Monitor and daily analysis of any alarms or notifications raised by Tier 1 team and resolve and/or provide recommendations to project engineering accordingly; Proactively investigate potential network faults or trigger alarms levels to improve preventative network management; Ensure that fault diagnostic techniques and processes are improved and optimized for project engineering; Provide guidance to project engineering staff in the correct interpretation of fault alarms; Ensure that all applications (Motolocator/Motomapping, TRACES, Performance Management Reports, MyView and Antivirus) are operating as expected Mobile Switching Office (MSO) Local/Mirror redundancy management and troubleshooting; Mobile Switching Office (MSO) Cluster infrastructure management and maintenance; E1 and Ethernet Site connectivity support;
