Logistics Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
• Shipping the orders from suppliers to factory on time in lowest cost.

• Checking the shipping documents with the supplier before releasing it.

• Contacting clearance agent once the shipment reach KSA and follow up till the shipment is cleared

• Preparing import Permit via online application through MOI website for items need it.

• Handling all internal shipping to our shops on time & in the right place.

• Responsible for all logistics cycle process for gold export/import.

• Provide daily report for shipments status.

• Supervise the E-Commerce logistics operation cycle & provide weekly KPI report.

• Managing & controlling all warehousing & treasuries process

المهارات

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics.

• Experience in E-Commerce companies or Retail is a must

• Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, and ERP systems

• Excellent in written and spoken English.

• Analytical skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, problem solver, creative, ability to work independently and as team
