الوصف الوظيفي · Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work or not · Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, knowing your company’s operating and profit margins and understanding the clients’ specific requirements · Conducting site visits with fully understanding of the necessary resources/requirements to perform the job · working with key members of the project team and the client to obtain the information required to compile the bid · assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks related to the bid · Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice · Researching, writing, and checking of all required documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ,…) · Ensures the completeness and accuracy of proposal documents, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts · Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance · Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process · Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements · Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings · Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid submission · Reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed المهارات · Minimum 10 years’ of experience in cost estimate bidding of general service projects / facilities operation and maintenance Education · BSc certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Must have · Proven and strong Familiarity in the activities and requirements of general service projects · Solid understanding in both of private and government contractual Rules · Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings · Strong knowledge in MS Office applications · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team · Willingness to travel and work abroad · Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken of Arabic and English languages · Proficiency in researching the current and future market trends · Creative and innovative thinking · Excellent communication skills, relationship-building , and commercial thinking تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/bidding-specialist-for-facility-operation-maintenance-4281092/ |
