الوصف الوظيفي On behalf of a conglomerate, we are looking for a seasoned professional who has extensively worked on acquiring companies in the consumer goods, food production arena. You have your ear on the ground for identifying suitable acquisition opportunities, you would look for scope and scale deals based on the geography and look at how to create synergy and impact through inorganic growth. Assess the strategic fit of business, manage the deal cycle, negotiations etc. المهارات The ideal incumbent would carry 18+ yrs. of experience with specific exposure in an M&A;advisory capacity with a top-notch organization. You would be at the head, heart and hands of the strategy and transaction process...acquisition, fundraising, strategic reviews, stakeholder alignment. Sector focused experience is an absolute must-have along with an established network. MBA with CFA qualification .GCC experience is a must-have. Industry focus FMCG. Ideally, the candidate would be based in KSA. An exception could be made based on suitability and client preference.
