The Service Line Specialist will need to combine deep knowledge of latest SAP solutions, strong relationships with SAP in Saudi Arabia & Middle East, thorough understanding typical SAP environments, and strong business development experience to help our clients. This role will be the go-to person for all matters related to SAP in Saudi Arabia.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
• Run and manage RFP processes, bid preparation, contract creation and commercial negotiations with client
• Account management including account forecasting and budgeting, account operations and overall account P&L;management
• Create sales strategies and plan for the leadership review and for its incorporation into the broader customer strategy and plan
• Understand customer s business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value
• Responds to and deliver on customers request, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards
• Establish and maintain customer relationships at both the operating and senior levels of the customer organization
• Forecast and manage talent retention and growth optimally
• Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners, alliances, start-ups and academia to design customer specific digital strategy and solutions
• Long term, strong relationship with local SAP team and regional SAP Leadership
• Ability to bring together knowledge of SAP capabilities and business problems, to wear a consultative selling hat and propose solutions in both business and technology
• Ability to influence decisions, approached through strong subject matter expertise, and appropriate positioning of relevant experience
• Establish thought leadership position with key stakeholders in the CXO organization and long-term relationships with key customers, resulting in trusted partner status and repeatable revenue streams
Qualifications Skills Required
• Bachelor s degree / MBA preferred
• 10 to 15 years of proven track record of large scale engagements
• Business development track record
• Proven leadership qualities such as conflict resolution, and influential skills
• People management skills
• Knowhow of global delivery model is preferred
• Good track record in establishing relationships and connects in the CXO organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in ERP (specifically SAP), integrated SAP S4 HANA suite, SAP cloud solutions and/or SAP business development
• Ability to analyse and map clients business requirements, processes and objectives
