Job Location : Riyadh
Key expectations from the role:
Consulting projects delivery and/or direction of supply chain projects which include, Process transformation, Technology enablement, supply chain trends and Hyper-Automation transformation.
Support for all industry sectors (Consumer, Manufacturing, Utilities, Financial Services, Oil & Gas. Telco and Media)
Work closely with client partners, account directors, account managers, and other Wipro teams to develop existing and prospective accounts
Develop proposals, value propositions and thought leadership to create demand generation and business development activities based on industry trends, client situations or future visioning
To act as a business strategist by suggesting and developing solutions that will bring business benefits to clients in terms of additional revenue opportunities or reduction in costs
To provide other staff in the team with effective leadership and motivation during client engagements and pursuits
To maintain effective working relationships with clients at all levels including Project team and strategic levels, CxO and CxO-1 where appropriate
This position may involve travel therefore flexibility with travel is essential
Requirements :
8 - 10 years experience with Supply Chain transformation consulting within a management consulting environment, or equivalent internal client role
Successful track record of achieving and completing transformation and advisory engagements within a major clients and geographies, across several industry sectors
Ability to work across IT and Business stakeholders to develop consulting solutions and value propositions
Good understanding of enabling tools, e.g. ERP, Business Intelligence and automation solutions, at the strategy and implementation levels to address process pain points
Past experience of Oracle, SAP S/4HANA or other ERP solutions would be beneficial
Some understanding of strategic account planning and marketing campaigns with practical knowledge of developing complex account plans and implementing them
An effective communicator, able to provide excellent leadership and motivation for the team whilst working effectively as a team player with the sales and delivery teams
Relevant qualifications / certifications including MBA, BA, Prince II, MSP, MBB, Agile, CIPS, Six Sigma, Lean
