Preparing and approving the company’s strategic quality plan and quality policy
Preparing and approving the quality manual in the company
Periodic monitoring of services and ensuring their compliance with the required specifications in accordance with the quality control policies.
Preparing the corrective actions guide to deal with cases of non-conformity as soon as possible.
Evaluating the interim performance by supervising the collection of relevant data on the specifications of the company’s services, and comparing it with customer requirements.
Supervising the preparation of statistical reports and submitting the monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the line manager, and discussing these reports in periodic meetings.
Supervising the keeping of all records of quality models related to quality management procedures for discussion with the internal auditor.
Preparing, following up and maintaining controls, documents and procedures
Organize and manage the quality assurance function in close cooperation with clients and with the company’s management team
Implementing the objectives of meeting quality requirements and ensuring that goals are met.
Maintaining awareness of the company’s work context and profitability.
Carries out any other tasks assigned to him within the limits of his duties and job responsibilities.

High knowledge of Total Quality Management requirements.
High knowledge of quality certification requirements.
High capabilities in preparing quality requirements procedures and related forms
High capabilities in monitoring the application of quality procedures.
Good computer skills
Excellent English language
