Senior Project Manager – Buildings (FE-PM)

Primarily responsible for the management of assigned projects of high complexity, including team management, technical management, schedule and cost control, quality management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle. He is accountable for the delivery of projects of high complexity in accordance with project budgets and schedules while satisfying all technical and quality projects requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred
PMP certification

Skills

Solid knowledge in all aspects of project management consultancy
Excellent knowledge of project management software
Strong budget management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Good understanding of quality control and risk management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and various departments
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Specific Experience

18+ years of experience in project management consultancy role, in a top tier regional /
multinational project management or engineering consultancy firm
Strong experience and track record in managing large and complex projects within one or
more specializations
Significant experience within the Middle East
