Assistant Machine Operator

الوصف الوظيفي
Brief Role: 

Assist the operator to run any corrugated single face machine. Have good experience of basic maintenance and safety regulations. Report to operator. Quick leaner & energetic.

Responsibilities:

Run the Single Facer machine with the assistance of Operator

Do the daily machine cleaning

Perform Preventive maintenance and fill checklist

Check the factory card and machine schedule

Take note the paper roll type, GSM, Roll width and prepare the roll to fix in roll stand.

Check and control steam pressure, Preheater, Glue application, Pressure roll adjustment

Make adjustment to avoid Delamination, Warp, and other defects

Monitor all gauges and ensure all in correct condition

Maintain Good housekeeping

Work with team

Follow 5’s

Any other job assigned by the line manager.
