An urgent need for a well-known company in KSA/ Riyadh for the following requirement:
Compensation & Benefit Specialist.
Reports to: Hr. Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
• Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
• Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
• Manage the design and development of tools to assist employees in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
Education:
• BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
• Experience
• Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (4) years.
• Must have a good experience in Hay Mythology.
Languages
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Proficiency in English
