الوصف الوظيفي KBR has been awarded a support contract by the UK Ministry of Defence (UK MOD). Under the terms of the contract, KBR will provide communications network support and deliver training services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a significant project that expands our portfolio of work with the UK MOD and in the Middle East. Under the contract, KBR is seeking to recruit staff to deliver: Support in delivering IP Telephony, host applications such as Network Management System, Cable Management Systems and incident management software To manage the Telecommunications School whole Management of Training System (MTS), including the four departmental areas of Training Delivery, Technology Enhanced Learning, Training Support and Regional Training. To continually monitor the effectiveness of the four departmental areas, compliant with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT, as described in JSP 822) and BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. To deliver a programme of continuous review and improvement for all departmental outputs as outlined in the Scope of Services (SofS) delivered at the Telecommunications School. Specific: Training Delivery: Assure Prime Contractor (PC) higher management that all training obligations outlined within SofS 19-22 are fulfilled in a timely manner Assure the strategic approach to technology-enhanced learning within the ‘school’ and regions in conjunction with the TELS Manager, Military Customer and UK Authority Assure PC higher management that the TQM and QIP are produced and maintained in accordance with contractual obligations Assure the strategic approach to regional training and OJT within the regions in conjunction with the Deputy Head of Training Services, Military Customer and UK Authority Deliver management reporting for all training related contractual obligations for SofS 19-22 Assure relevant departmental procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Maintain all documentation in line with local Data Protection guidelines Advise all senior stakeholders at the PC organisational level about training delivery, TELS, training support and regional training procedures and how they contribute to achieving transformation objectives and assist long-term planning and change management Level of Contact / Communications with others (internally/externally/meetings) Liaise with Scope of Services contract stakeholders as directed Internal KBR Telecommunications School departments (High) Regional Signal Corps Training Centres (High) Meetings as directed (High) Communications Develop and maintain communication with people on complex matters, issues and ideas and/or in complex situations Work in partnership with others to develop, take forward and evaluate direction, policies and strategies Develop a culture that improves quality Maintain and develop an environment and culture that improves health, safety and security Develop oneself and others in areas of practice Develop a culture that promotes equality and values diversity المهارات Training & Development or Education qualification at Level 7 or above Hold membership of a relevant professional body Essential: Experience with Technology Enhanced Learning and/or TMIS as a management reporting tool.
