الوصف الوظيفي - To closely monitor the Contractors HSE KPIs and key deliverables. - Review the qualifications of the contractor’s on-site safety staff, including years of relevant safety work experience for conformance with contractual terms and acceptable HSE procedures. - Closely monitor and ensure the implementation of the approved HSE plans and procedures. - Ensure the presence of HSE representative on site to monitor the contractor’s activities. - Ensure all necessary Control measures are established to eliminate, isolate, or minimize exposure of all employees to hazards. - Ensure acceptable HSE conditions are maintained throughout the Project and comply with all applicable local regulatory requirements. - Ensure regular Audits and inspections of work areas are conducted to identify hazards or areas of non-compliance and to validate that corrective action is taken. - To ensure reports and records are provided to the client-Health & Safety Department other necessary monthly safety performance reports are provided as required. - To ensure safety information issued by clinet-Health & Safety Department is to be applied and disseminated internally and to Contractors. - To ensure the correct tools, training and equipment are provided for each job. - To promote a positive health and safety culture among the project. - Issuing and responding to all HSE related Letters, Reviewing, and approving all the HSE NCRs. - Leading the Incident investigation committee to ensure a quality incident reporting system in place. - Issuing the monthly HSE statistics Reports to the planning department . - Preparing ,reviewing ,and updating the company HSE Management system , Plans and procedures in accordance to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Standards. المهارات Fluent English More than 10 years of experience تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hse-manager-4345535/ |
