Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
• Develops the Proposal Plan and execute including but not limited to
• Organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting.
• Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid.
• Analyses Contract requirements and conditions and Present to Management.
• Manages the interfaces with Partners and Client.
• I dentifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed, if necessary.
• Integrates proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies.
• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Lender and Owner legal advisors, financial advisors, Lenders, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Communicate and influence at a senior level.
• Ability to overlook teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.
• Proposal automation software (or similar) experience is preferred.
• Document template management in line with company branding.
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.
• Strong written English language skills.
Requirements
• 5 years of project or proposal experience, preferred in BOOT/PPP experience.
• Bachelor s Degree in engineering preferred.
• Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment.
• Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.
• Should have experience in designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution.
