Responsabilities
• Responsible for receiving and promptly responding to customer queries through voice and non-voice channels
• Performing outbound calls to document customers and product-related Issues
• Manage large amounts of outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ concerns while researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives Document customers’ feedback and additional comments in an apt manner
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
